What is 30 Day Price Guarantee?
This guarantee is available at the time of purchase or you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us. This policy ensures that you are buying equipment from Tazwin without worrying about the pricing.
Step to request a Price Match:
1. To verify the price, just send us the price of a similar product from a competitor along with the web links, printed materials, or photographs. Either at the moment of purchase or within 30 days after your purchase, you can do this.
2. We will confirm that the price is accurate and that the product is offered for quick purchase and delivery. To confirm the reduced pricing and availability of the item, a staff member could phone the retail location of the competitor or check its website.
3. If your purchase complies with the terms and conditions listed below and is not excluded, we will gladly match the price at the time of purchase or, if the 30-Day Price Guarantee is applicable, provide a store credit for the difference.
Terms & Conditions
1. Competitor must have real presence in Australia as a retail store; they cannot just have a website, an online store like Amazon or eBay, or a warehouse setup.
2. Any delivery expenses must be included in online price comparisons.
3. The product must be in stock and at the current price for on-the-spot purchases.
4. No further special offers, promotions, deals, or free goods will be accepted under the price match policy.
5. Please take note that the 30 Day Price Beat Guarantee does not cover items that Tazwin Sports may put on sale after you make your purchase. It's a Price Beat Guarantee not a Price Drop Guarantee.
6. If there is a disagreement over the 30-day price guarantee, Tazwin Sports management maintains the right to use its discretion.

- eBay, Amazon, warehouse set up stores, business operated from home/ warehouse or any online-only business/website is strictly disqualified from our Price Guarantee Policy
- Manufacturer/Brand themselves
- Competitor’s offers include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages
- Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
- Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
- Pricing errors
- Any kind of payment plan including Zip pay or After Pay can’t be used for 30 Day Price Guarantee Policy
- We will not match the price if the competitor’s price is below our cost price
- 30 Day Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to the products that might go on Sale at Tazwin Sports after your purchase.
- Cricket bats are natural product and two bats can never be exactly the same. We stock hand selected English Willow bats and have strict quality control over the selection of these bats. However, some sellers do not hold good stock and occasionally sell it for cheaper even below the cost price to get rid of the low quality stock. You will find with such a stock, there could be several issues including but not limited to the weight of the bat being heavy, pick up not being balanced, presence of knots on the face, grains not being good or some cosmetic issues. In such case, we try to match the price but can’t guarantee, however, we do our best for our customers varying from case to case.
